The rates advertised are very often discounted standard rates. That is, you will probably get a better deal booking directly on-line through us than you will by calling the Hotel direct.
We have done our best to ensure that the information and details advertised are as accurate as possible. The proprietors provide us with information about facilities such as a pool, bar, keep-fit facilities Etc. and we present this information using the small icons under the hotel or motel name.
Common Questions
How do I reserve a room?
Simply search using the search form on the home page or browse the list of countries for your desired destination. Click the 'book/info' link of the desired hotels. A new window will pop-up showing room rates and further details. Select the room you require and click the 'book it' button.
After you have selected your desired room type, you will be taken to a "Secure Reservation Request" form. Then you will need to review the "Reservation Information" and fill in the blanks on the "Guest Information" section. Be sure your name and email address are spelled correctly. Then press the "Submit Reservation" button. We will contact you by e-mail If we need to speak to you.
When do I pass my credit card details?
For accommodation identified as offering "Special Internet Rates" require up-front payment with your credit card at the time of booking. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not "bumped" or "overbooked." If new taxes or fees are added by the hotel from the time of booking to the time you check out of the room, you could be responsible for those charges. Additional charges for phone calls, room service, and other services will be your responsibility at the time of check out as well.
Are my credit card details safe?
Yes. We take this matter very seriously. To ensure your security, we utilize a secure e-commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form.
What credit card types are accepted?
The card types accepted for guarantee/deposit will be listed in the Info section of each hotel description.
My credit card number is correct, but the hotel is not accepting it. Why?
There are a few possibilities:
- Your card type is not accepted at the hotel.
- The card expiration date precedes the reservation date.
- You have reached your credit limit.
- There is a computer error.
What is the cost for booking over the Internet?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use this Internet hotel reservation service. However, some of our suppliers charge service fees. Please read all text carefully associated with any reservation.
Are taxes included in the rate?
It will be indicated by the quoted rate if taxes and miscellaneous charges/fees are included. The Total amount for "Additional Rates" does not include taxes or fees, and any such taxes or fees will be collected by the hotel. The Total amount for "Special Internet Rates" is the full amount that you will be required to pay, and includes a tax recovery charge imposed by our supplier to recover the amount it pays to the hotel in connection with your reservation for local occupancy, value added and other similar taxes, our supplier's service charges for handling of your reservation.
